Great piece! I totally agree. I've been over here shaking my head as I hear everyone -- including Democrats -- speak about recovery as unlimited growth. We don't need more fast food restaurants and box stores. COVID taught us to slow down and consume less. That's not a bad thing. We must readjust to a better path going forward, not go back to the same thing.
